OEM CNC parts main categories:
There are two types of machining: manual machining and numerical control machining. Manual processing refers to the manual processing of various materials by mechanical workers such as milling machines, lathes, drilling machines and sawing machines. Manual processing is suitable for small batch production, simple parts. Numerical control machining (CNC) refers to the use of CNC equipment by mechanical workers, including CNC center, milling center, wire cutting equipment, thread cutting machine, etc. The vast majority of machining workshops use NC machining technology to process parts. By programming, the coordinates of the parts in the rectangular coordinate system (X, Y, Z) are converted into a programming language. The CNC controller of the CNC machine tool identifies and interprets the programming language to control the axial direction of the CNC machine tool, automatically removes the material, and obtains the parts to be processed as required and completes the processing. CNC machining is linear workpiece, suitable for large mass and complex shape parts.

1) Calculate the annual production plan and determine the production type.
2) Analyze part drawing and product assembly drawing.
3) Select a blank.
4) Formulation process route.
5) Determine the machining allowance of each process, calculate the size and tolerance.
6) Define the equipment, cutting tools, fixtures, measuring tools and auxiliary tools used in each process.
7) Determine cutting dosage and working hour quota.
8) Determine the main process of technical requirements and test methods.
9) Fill in the process documents.
