2. The effect of work hardening. When the cutting tool cuts plastic at a certain speed, some small particles on the cutting will adhere to the top of the front edge, forming a high-toughness accumulation edge, which can replace the front edge and cutting edge laser cutting.


When the sliding friction between the cutting edge and the accumulation edge exceeds the spray welding strength between the accumulation edge and the front edge, or when it is damaged or vibrated, the accumulation edge will burst, and the newly created -up edge will be in the Then slowly transform into . The generation, growth and fall of build-up edges can seriously affect the surface roughness of the part.

 

3. The impact of scales and thorns. During the cutting process, due to the friction and spray welding on the cutting surface during machining of precision parts, cutting chips will regularly stay on the surface of the rake tool, thereby squeezing the newly processed surface. In obvious cases, the surface will tear. Phosphorous spines are produced on the surface, making the surface rough and uneven.

Due to the influence of the above physical factors on the surface roughness, in order to better reduce the surface roughness, in addition to reducing the plastic deformation caused by the cutting force, prevent the accumulation of tumors and desquamation during the processing of precision parts.
