1. The unmarked shape tolerance should comply with the provisions of GB1184-80.
2. The allowable error of the unspecified length is ±0.5mm.
3. The radius R5 of the unfilled arc.
4. All round corners not marked are C2.
5. Obtuse angles are obtuse.
6. The sharp edge is blunt, and the burrs are removed.
high precision parts surface layer output:
1. On the surface layer of precision parts processing, there should be no defects such as scratches and abrasions that damage the surface layer of parts.
2. The surface of the processed external thread is not allowed to have defects such as dark skin, bumps, random buckles and burrs. All surface layers of steel products that need to be sprayed must be cleaned of rust, scale, grease, dust, sand, salt and waste before painting.
3. Before antirust treatment, use organic solution, caustic soda solution, demulsifier, steam, etc. to remove vegetable grease and stains on the surface of steel products.
4. The interval between shot blasting or hand-made antirust treatment and topcoat coating should not exceed 6 hours.
5. The surface layers of riveting parts that touch each other must be coated with anti-corrosion paint with a thickness of 30-40 μm before connection. Use paint, putty powder or adhesive to seal the lapped edge of the steel bar. The topcoat damaged by processing or welding should be repainted.
Heat treatment process of high precision parts:
1. After heat treatment, HRC50~55.
2. Low carbon steel: induction hardening for 45 or 40Cr parts, quenching at 350-370°C, HRC40-45.
3. The depth of nitriding is 0.3mm.
4. Carry out continuous high temperature quenching and tempering treatment.
